Contracts Manager – Data Centre fit-out – Ireland, Norway and the Netherlands

A leading specialist in off-site construction, modular delivery, and complex data centre fit-out projects is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join its growing international operations team. This role will oversee CSA fit-out packages across multiple high-tech data centre projects in Ireland, Norway, and the Netherlands. Working within a fast-paced, engineering-driven organisation, you’ll play a key part in ensuring successful commercial, contractual, and operational delivery on some of Europe’s most advanced mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities

•   Contract Management & Compliance
Lead the administration of main contracts and subcontract agreements, ensuring all commercial, legal, and contractual obligations are fully met throughout the lifecycle of each data centre project.
•   Oversight of CSA Fit-Out Delivery
Manage the successful execution of civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) fit-out packages across multiple international sites, ensuring works are delivered to specification, budget, and programme milestones.
•   Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination
Oversee procurement strategies for CSA work packages, including tendering, negotiations, appointment of subcontractors, and ongoing performance management to ensure best value and quality delivery.
•   Stakeholder & Client Interface
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, providing clear communication, resolving issues, and maintaining strong working relationships across all project locations.
•   Risk, Progress & Reporting Management
Monitor project progress, financial performance, variations, claims, and risks across all three sites, delivering accurate reports and ensuring proactive mitigation strategies to support successful project outcomes.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualifications
Must have 8+ years’ experience in CSA fit out on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
Must be willing and able to travel internationally when required
Must have excellent communication skills (both written and oral)

Benefits

€90,000 - €100,000 per annum + Rotational Package
